HEEEE. Oh man, I really love this, even totally separate from Fusion Cannon Wedding. It stands well on its own. I love the idea of Soundwave deliberately going and learning healthy (well, functional, it's not really... healthy) emotional interaction just for his cassettes. It's so sweet. ♥ And of course he's the kind of logical creature that would delete their personalities! I hope you write more about Soundwave and the cassettes in the near future. :3 I, too, am going through an obsession with them. As I think we've talked about. XD
